This June, the Mulryan Gallery hosted its launch event, celebrating the opening of a new permanent contemporary art space in Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms.
The gallery is named after Sean Mulryan, Founder and Chairman of Ballymore, and a longstanding contributor to London’s arts scene. Featuring works by Vincenzo Muratore, Patrick O’Reilly, Anna Gillespie, Gabriele Risso and Guggi, the debut exhibition, titled “At The Threshold of Form”, explores themes of transformation, memory and the human body through sculpture.
Guests were also invited to experience the gallery’s integrated working artist studio, where Vincenzo Muratore will be stationed as Artist in Residence. Integrated into the gallery space, the studio brings the creative process into the public realm, allowing visitors to engage with the artist’s practice and observe works in development.
The Communication Group plc supported the launch through event coordination, communications and promotion.
