Goodluck Hope, the industrial-inspired residential neighbourhood by Ballymore, has won the ‘Best Large Development’ award at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2023.
The prestigious awards scheme recognises, celebrates and commends innovation and excellence in today’s new homes, and this achievement highlights Goodluck Hope as one of London’s most innovative new housebuilding schemes, having created a landmark destination on Leamouth Peninsula in London.
Launched in 2017 and designed to reflect the rich maritime history of East London’s waterfront, Goodluck Hope offers 841 contemporary homes alongside a world-class collection of resident amenities, scenic outdoor spaces overlooking the River Thames, and a vibrant community of local business and cultural institutions at developer Ballymore’s neighbouring scheme London City Island.
The Communication Group plc coordinated the entry, from preparation and design to submission.
