On Saturday 3rd September, leading riverside neighbourhood Embassy Gardens hosted the Pawfect Street Party, an all-day celebration for dog-loving residents, locals and visitors. The event’s exciting programme included dog assault courses, a doggie disco and Human Crufts, as well as live entertainers, DJ sets, and outdoor games. A number of pop-up stalls from Embassy Gardens’ on-site businesses, including Irish bar Homeboy, premium dining destination Oxeye and creative cocktail bar The Alchemist, provided tasty drinks and snacks, while a marketplace of stalls at the heart of the development welcomed local businesses, creatives and charities.
Embassy Gardens partnered with global animal rescue charity Wild at Heart Foundation to host this event, with a dog-themed raffle raising funds for the charity’s vital work, as well as flower-arranging and chocolate-tasting workshops to raise additional money and awareness for the cause. Model and Wild at Heart Ambassador David Gandy was in attendance to announce the raffle prizes, while the event also welcomed The PAAWstival Charity Dog Awards as part of the programme, to entertain residents and celebrate the thriving community of dog lovers in this vibrant new neighbourhood. As a result, significant amounts were raised for the charities involved, and Embassy Gardens has further established its status as a leading lifestyle destination for London.
