Taiwanese restaurant Din Tai Fung recently hosted an intimate influencer dinner to showcase the brand’s limited edition Mother’s Day offering, ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday 19 March.
Guests began the evening with a preview of the exclusive Mother’s Day Xiao Long Bao Masterclass, where they got to try their hand at mastering the art of the brand’s most iconic dish. This was followed by an intimate dinner, with guests trying the limited editions Mother’s Day menu, which includes fan-favourite dishes such as the ‘Pork Xiao Long Bao’, ‘Crispy Golden Prawn Pancake’ and the ‘Salted Egg Yolk Custard Lava Buns’. To round off the meal, guests enjoyed their own creations, created during the masterclass at the beginning of the evening – the ‘Sweet Tar Xiao Long Bao’.
The dinner took place at Din Tai Fung Centre Point, their newest London location, and was a great success, showcasing Din Tai Fung’s limited edition Mother’s Day offering and driving social media coverage in the run up to Mother’s Day.
