The Communication Group plc recently hosted a collaborative three day group press trip to Geneva, in partnership with Geneva Tourism and La Réserve. Showcasing the destinations incredible attractions and experiences, the trip dived into the world of luxury watchmaking and explored the essence of time. From pausing time at La Réserve Geneva, home of spa brand Nescens, with treatments and practices created by specialists in ‘better-aging’; to understanding time at the Initium watch-making workshop with lessons in theory from a master watchmaker; to the appreciation of time, with a visit to the Patek Philip Museum – one of world’s foremost horology museums.
The trip was a huge success, with publications in attendance including The Daily Mail, Tempus Magazine, Glass Magazine and Mayfair Times. Repeatedly voted as Europe’s leading city break, attendees were able to get a better understanding as to why Geneva is considered the watchmaking capital of the world.
