This summer, waterfront neighbourhood Goodluck Hope hosted The Islander Festival: a series of artistic, cultural and entertainment activities celebrating the thriving community at this East London development by Ballymore.
The line-up of events saw locals and visitors invited to enjoy a painting workshop, sunrise yoga sessions, immersive outdoor theatre performances, a drag bingo evening, a honey and mead-tasting class, an art exhibition, and an intimate wine-tasting masterclass. Each showcased the development’s premium amenity offering, range of communal spaces, and the independent local businesses who call the island home. Comprised of 841 homes overlooking the River Thames, Goodluck Hope is one of London’s most exciting residential destinations, having recently won prestigious awards including ‘Development of the Year’ at the British Homes Awards and ‘Best New Place To Live’ at the Building London Planning Awards.
