EcoWorld Ballymore partnered with Frieze to launch The Mews at Embassy Gardens

mews-houses-sketch-v2-2The Communication Group plc’s client, EcoWorld Ballymore, recently partnered with Frieze to launch The Mews at Embassy Gardens, offering every buyer a £20,000 contribution towards contemporary artwork. The collaboration was masterminded by The Communication Group plc and resulted in coverage in London Evening Standard Homes & Property which commented: “Ballymore is offering £20,000 towards artwork for the new homes in a linkup with Frieze London…the 1,000sq ft homes look contemporary, with a 400ft roof terrace instead of a back garden. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in the light, and the interiors have luxurious oak, marble and black finishes”. Arts and culture are intrinsic to EcoWorld Ballymore developments and this unique partnership with one of the world’s biggest art fairs, Frieze, highlights the developer’s commitment to supporting the Arts. The Mews consists of five beautiful 2 bedroom homes, perfectly positioned in Legacy Building 3 and the first for Nine Elms. Buyers who purchase a Mews House before 4th October 2016 will also be offered VIP passes to Frieze London art fair, taking place in Regent’s Park 6th – 9th October 2016. The VIP tickets will grant holders access to the ‘Premium Day’ offering privileged first access to the fair.
