79 British entrepreneurs feature on the Hurun UK Under 30s list, while 109 feature on the Under 35s list, making a combined total of 188 young entrepreneurs. Well-known entrepreneurs such as LADBible’s Alex Solomou, Gymshark’s Ben Francis, Susie Ma of Tropic Skincare, and Castore’s Phil and Tom Beahon were included in the report.
22 of these business leaders have created unicorns – ventures worth at least $1 billion – with Johnny Boufarhat, founder of virtual eventing platform Hopin, and Peter Smith, co-founder of Blockchain.info, developing the most valuable companies of the Under30s and Under35s respectively. Riding against a challenging geo-political environment and persistent inflation, these entrepreneurs demonstrate the resilience of Britain’s entrepreneurial spirit.
