The Communication Group plc is delighted to share AIPUT’s recent announcement that it has acquired Tesla’s state-of-the-art, 17,000 sq. ft Crawley base near Gatwick Airport. The showroom is one of only eight Tesla locations serving London and the Southeast and sports 8 supercharging points together with a one-of-a-kind instore experience.
Hot on the heels of the fund’s purchase of the nearby Fleming Business Centre in October 2021, the acquisition of Tesla’s showroom means AIPUT now owns and manages more than 300,000 sq. ft of space in and around Gatwick Airport – worth more than £100m – and elevates it into the Top 5 leading owners of industrial real estate assets in the area.
To publicise the announcement, The Communication Group prepared and distributed a press release announcing AIPUT’s significant acquisition. The release was well received by several specialist sector media outlets and subsequently featured in publications including Property Week, Estates Gazette, CoStar, ADS Advance and Business Leader.
