In recognition of World Wellbeing Week 2022, innovative build-to-rent management company Apo hosted a seven-day programme of events for residents at each of its London schemes. From Monday 27th June to Sunday 3rd July, members at Apo Barking and Apo Kew Bridge were invited to participate in a holistic series of wellness-themed group activities designed to help them reflect on the practices they use to look after their physical and mental health.
The Communication Group plc coordinated each programme in partnership with wellness-related brands, experts and entrepreneurs, curating a varied and high-quality event schedule inspired by the local community. Sessions across both locations included yoga classes, meditation tutorials and terrarium-building workshops, with each activity offering residents a chance to develop their personal skills and take a moment to reflect on the health of both body and mind. Taking full advantage of Apo’s purpose-built communal amenities and resident spaces, including lounges, fitness and wellness studios, and outdoor rooftop terraces, the programme was an exciting addition to the rolling calendar of activities on offer to Apo members, and showcased the comprehensive lifestyle package that Apo offers.
