The Communication Group plc marked the launch of pioneering build-to-rent operator Apo’s second scheme, located in Kew Bridge, by hosting a community celebration event. Featuring live music, locally-inspired cocktails and canapes, and the chance to enjoy breathtaking skyline views from the new development’s roof terraces, apartments and communal spaces, the event was a joyous celebration of the launch of this unique rental neighbourhood.

To mark the launch of the new development, The Communication Group plc invited members of the local community to attend an evening celebration, held in The Nest on the thirteenth floor. Guests included the Mayor of Hounslow, Councillor Bishnu Gurung, members of local businesses and community groups, as well as the very first residents of the new development. A number of media guests were also in attendance and, as a result of the event, coverage was secured in online build-to-rent trade title BTR News and local publications Hounslow Herald and Chiswick Herald.
