Apo Liverpool is located at The Copper House, on the iconic waterfront of the River Mersey opposite Albert Dock, and just a 10-minute stroll from the city centre. The development offers 382 new homes comprised of stylishly fitted, furnished and unfurnished, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Residents will enjoy a comprehensive provision of resident services, accessible via Apo’s user-friendly app, a rolling programme of exciting in-house social events, and members-only facilities which include two flexible working spaces, a 24/7 gym, and a 16th floor rooftop terrace with stunning panoramic views over the city. Apo Liverpool follows the company’s first projects, Apo Barking and Apo Kew Bridge, which both reached full occupancy within 15 months of launching.
