Rockwell recently hosted a groundbreaking event to mark the beginning of construction work on their latest development in SW6, Hurlingham Waterfront.
Rockwell’s founder, Donal Mulryan, planted the first spade in the ground at the 3.2-acre riverside project, which will transform the area into a coveted destination in its own right. Also attending the groundbreaking ceremony was Julie Cavanagh, Director of SEAPIA (Sands End Associated Projects in Action), a charity which provides safe play equipment for children from less advantaged backgrounds.
In line with the company’s continued commitment to serving its local communities, Nicholas Mee, Managing Director of Development, announced Rockwell’s valuable work with SEAPIA. During the construction of Hurlingham Waterfront, Rockwell will build a waterproof outdoor play area for local children, which will enable them to play safely outdoors in all weathers.
Additional guests in attendance at the event comprised supporters of the development, including the project team, partners, and consultants. The guests were welcomed to the Hurlingham Waterfront Marketing Suite after the conclusion of the ceremony, where they were provided with refreshments and treated to live music from Katie Plus Juan.
