Freshly crowned ‘Development of the Year’ at the British Home Awards, waterfront neighbourhood Goodluck Hope recently celebrated its brand-new collection of colourful Townhouses, and the completion of a spectacular Show House, by hosting an exclusive event in partnership with luxury lifestyle magazine Sphere.
The evening welcomed an inspiring line-up of panellists to discuss the heritage and design behind Goodluck Hope, as well as its impact on the local community and the complete lifestyle offering its residents can expect to enjoy. Speakers included Roger Black, Creative Director at Ballymore, Ian Felton, Founder of Trinity Art Gallery, and Oriana Shepherd, Goodluck Hope resident and Founder of Hum Yoga studio on nearby London City Island. Following the discussion, guests enjoyed an informal reception in the Sales Gallery, complete with luxury chocolate and caviar tasting, as well as exclusive tours of the newly-completed Show House, the 1595 Club of world-class amenities, and breath-taking Lantern Room sky lounge.
The Communication Group plc coordinated this partnership, which also resulted in a six-page spread of coverage of the Townhouses in Sphere Magazine. The event attracted over 50 HNWIs to the development and generated new interest and sales leads for both townhouses and apartments, firmly putting Goodluck Hope on the map as one of the capital’s most exciting new places to live.
