The Communication Group plc secured widespread coverage for Rockwell’s recent acquisition of the highly sought after Hurlingham Retail Park site in South Fulham, in partnership with Cerberus Capital Management.
The London-based mixed-use developer has kicked off the year with the acquisition of the landmark waterfront site at 362-364 Wandsworth Bridge Road, right in the heart of the South Fulham regeneration area.
The 3.2-acre site is set to feature a mixture of residential and commercial spaces, with 269 new residential apartments featured alongside 30,000 square feet of state-of-the-art commercial space, where occupiers will range from food and beverage to leisure and retail outlets.
