Goodluck Hope, the industrial-inspired waterfront development from pioneering property developer Ballymore, has won the ‘Development of the Year’ award at the British Homes Awards 2022. The prestigious awards scheme rewards excellence in every aspect of homebuilding, from architectural and interior design through to build quality and innovation, from one-off houses to major developments.
Located on Leamouth Peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides, Goodluck Hope is a unique island neighbourhood comprising 841 new homes including apartments, loft penthouses and townhouses, as well as world-class amenities, tranquil outdoor spaces and a thriving community. Inspired by the maritime heritage of its location, Goodluck Hope launched in 2017, with first completions in 2020. The awards also saw developer Ballymore win Homebuilder of the Year, and both victories were celebrated at the annual ceremony on Friday 30th September; the Communication Group plc handled Goodluck Hope’s entry from start to finish.
