On 23 November, The Communication Group plc hosted the UK media launch of Balmond Studio’s new lifestyle-led development, Southbeach Weligama at the exclusive members club Annabel’s. Bringing together key spokespeople from Balmond Studio Colombo and influential UK media, to introduce them to Balmond Studio Colombo and the latest launch of the Southbeach Weligama project.
Hosted in the iconic Flower Room, media guests and key spokespeople for Balmond Studio Colombo, were greeted with champagne and canapes on arrival before being seated for a presentation by Managing Director, John Balmond.
Journalists from top-tier publications were in attendance, including Conde Nast, Evening Standard, Forbes, Mail Online and Country & Town House, to name but a few. Following the event, coverage has already been secured in World Architecture Festival, Vogue, GQ, Tatler and House & Garden, and Forbes.
The new development is due to be completed in 2023, and it includes 106 one, two, and four-bedroom apartments with freehold prices starting from $150,000 USD for a limited period.
