Last week, The Communication Group plc supported the delivery of the exclusive unveiling of Herland Gardens, the highly anticipated first building to be delivered at Hurlingham Waterfront, a 3.2-acre luxury riverside development in SW6.
The Rockwell team, alongside Savills and Knight Frank, welcomed over 150 prospective buyers, who were invited in for a first look at the newly finished site, decorated with verdant flowers by local florist, the Real Flower Company.
Guests were greeted in the expansive entrance lobby by an elegant string quartet from String Musicians London and a welcome ‘Waterfront’ cocktail. Upstairs in the Residents Lounge, a selection of canapés and cocktails accompanied a live music performance by jazz band The Blue Bottle Club in front of floor-to-ceiling windows which maximise natural light.
Attendees were also treated to tours of the luxurious amenity spaces, including the 19-metre swimming pool, cinema room and podium garden, alongside one and two bedroom show apartments furnished by Soho Home which offer sweeping views across London and the River Thames.
The Communication Group supported and co-ordinated all aspects of the event, including liaising with the production team, and handling on-site management on the evening.
