Rockwell recently celebrated a key construction milestone with a traditional topping out ceremony at Hurlingham Waterfront, a 3.2-acre luxury landmark development located in SW6.
The official topping out ceremony was attended by the wider project team, including project partners, local collaborators, and key stakeholders. Councillor Amanda Lloyd-Harris of Palace and Hurlingham Ward also joined the celebration and spoke to the positive local impact the development is already making, including Rockwell’s partnership with local children’s charity Sands End Associated Projects in Action (SEAPIA), with Rockwell recently sponsoring SEAPIA’s stand at the Wandsworth Bridge Road Spring Fayre and previously building a waterproof outdoor play area for the charity.
Hurlingham Waterfront will deliver 269 high-quality new homes, alongside sustainably designed gardens and dedicated areas for work, leisure, and wellbeing. The development benefits from its close proximity to some of London’s most renowned retail, dining, and cultural destinations, as well as expansive green spaces.
The Communication Group plc coordinated assisted in all aspects of coordinating the inauguration ceremony, from conception to completion, confirming the attendance of local stakeholders, and secured media coverage for the event in PrimeResi, among other specialist trade titles.
