At the heart of Greenbox’s ESG-led platform are its two leading developments, Greenbox Darlington and Greenbox Thirsk, which target outstanding sustainability standards and are designed to create a lasting positive impact from a local to international scale.
Recognising its excellent environmental credentials, Greenbox has been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Sustainability Initiative’ Award at the 2025 Property Week Property Awards. Widely recognised as the UK’s leading property event, the awards celebrate the very best achievements in the industry, offering a platform to highlight outstanding work in innovation, social impact and sustainability.
Greenbox was also awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Sustainable Warehouse of the Year’ category at Logistics Matters’ Warehouse Transformation Awards 2025, reflecting Greenbox Darlington’s delivery of over 400,000 sq. ft. of sustainable, Grade A logistics and industrial unit space.
