The Communication Group plc is delighted to announce its appointment by Greenbox – a joint venture between Citivale, a specialist logistics developer and operator, and Partners Group, a leading global markets firm – to handle its media relations for two groundbreaking industrial developments, Greenbox Darlington and Greenbox Thirsk.
Greenbox is an innovative new platform focused on developing green, grade A logistics and industrial unit space with market leading credentials in the UK. Upholding a strong commitment to responsible ESG policies and exceptional sustainability practices, Greenbox designs developments to create a lasting positive impact on a local, national and global scale.
Located in the North East and strategically positioned with close proximity to the A66, Greenbox Darlington comprises three industrial units, ranging from 84,000 sq.ft to 213,000 sq.ft. Targeting Net Zero Carbon in Construction and Operation alongside an EPC ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, Greenbox Darlington will utilize air source heat pumps, LED lighting and 100% photovoltaic panel-ready roofs, aligning with the Greenbox brand sustainable ethos. Greenbox Thirk comprises three new industrial/warehouse units in North Yorkshire, providing up to 825,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing and logistics space with market-leading sustainability credentials.
The Communication Group will handle public relations for Greenbox, including media campaigns and award nominations.
