Leading research institution Hurun has released the Hurun UK Under 30s and Hurun UK Under 35s 2024, highlighting the top young British entrepreneurs that are driving job creation and economic growth in the UK. The business leaders included on both the Under 30s and Under 35s lists were celebrated at an awards gala in London on Tuesday 26th November.

83 UK business leaders feature on the Hurun UK Under 30s 2024 list, who have together set up businesses with a combined value of more than £2.3 billion and that have created 1,250 jobs. Well-known entrepreneurs include Piers Millar, one of the founders of restaurant robotics brand Kaikaku and the youngest entrepreneur on the Under 30s list at 22 years old, and Khurram Asif, who started a YouTube channel at just 11 years that evolved into digital development business TechSimulater.

62 names appear on this year’s Hurun UK Under 35s list, including Ella Mills, the foodie pioneer behind the Deliciously Ella brand, and former Manchester City footballer Reece Wabara, who founded luxury fashion label Mainere De Voir during his playing career. Synthesia, the generative AI unicorn from Danish-born founders Victor Riperbelli and Steffan Tjerrild, is the most valuable new company to feature on the Under 35s list.
