Earlier this year, The Communication Group plc supported Geneva Tourism in organising a brand influencer trip to the city in collaboration with luxury eyewear brand Taylor Morris, with the aim of promoting Geneva as a summer city break destination.
During the four-day trip, guests stayed at the five-star Hotel President Wilson, where they were able to enjoy the new summer concept at the hotel’s pool, as part of the wider focus on Geneva as a summer destination. Geneva Tourism worked closely with Taylor Morris and The Communication Group plc to curate an itinerary which showcased the best of the city in summer, with highlights including a cable car ride to the top of Mont Salève, lakeside activities at Bains des Pâquis, and a dinner boat cruise across the iconic Lake Geneva.
The trip was a great success, with video content created for both Geneva Tourism and Hotel President Wilson for use on their own marketing channels, as well as a campaign video for Taylor Morris’ latest eyewear collections. Extensive social media coverage was also shared on the influencers’ platforms, generating exposure for both Geneva Tourism and Taylor Morris within a highly engaged audience. The Communication Group plc supported with all aspects of the trip, from conception through to accompanying the influencers on the trip.
