Specialist industrial property fund, the Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust (AIPUT), recently hosted a public consultation for its proposals to redevelop underutilised land adjacent to its Central Park Estate in Hounslow, near Heathrow Airport.
The public consultation showcased AIPUT’s proposals to regenerate the area next to its state of the art commercial warehouse facilities at its Central Park Estate. The proposals will breathe new life into the area, with four new high-specification industrial buildings creating over 400 new jobs, at least 250 of which will be for locals; enhancing sustainability with carbon reduction initiatives and rainwater harvesting; and boosting the local economy with new business.
The Communication Group plc supported the recent public consultation by producing an exhibition at the nearby Green Lane Sports Centre. Large boards showcased the plans and benefits of the proposals to the local community, whose thoughts and comments were collected via feedback forms.
