The Communication Group plc is delighted to announced its appointment by HEYTEA, the bubble tea market disruptor and originator of “New Asian Tea”, to handle its UK public relations.
Founded by a 19-year-old Neo Nie Yunchen in 2012, HEYTEA is constantly pushing boundaries and has grown from a humble 300-square foot tea shop in Guangdong, China to a pioneer in “New Asian Tea” with over 4,000 stores across 300 cities worldwide. HEYTEA symbolises the new tea era and has become the brand for cool and trendy tea culture, capturing the Gen-Z zeitgeist, with the new store inviting customers to ‘rediscover tea at HEYTEA New Oxford Street’.
Known for pushing boundaries with innovative creations like the original Cheese Tea — a blend of cheese foam and fresh tea — HEYTEA continues to set trends and breathe new life into traditional tea experiences, daring its customers to drink differently. In line with its brand mission of bringing joy and inspiration through its beverages to more people, HEYTEA is accelerating its global expansion, with HEYTEA New Oxford Street being the latest step in this journey.
The Communication Group plc will handle the UK public relations for HEYTEA, starting with the launch of its flagship UK store, HEYTEA New Oxford Street, which features a Chinese ink-inspired design and is the brand’s first design-led concept store outside China.
