Recently, Embassy Gardens, the vibrant new lifestyle district in London’s Nine Elms, hosted a Drive-In Cinema event for the local community. Celebrating the best classic cars and timeless films from years gone by, the open-air cinema screened blockbusters including The Jungle Book, Back to the Future, Mamma Mia, and Top Gun, offering all-day family entertainment. Guests could hire their very own classic or supercar from a top-of-the-range fleet, while the option to bring their own car or hire a deckchair were also available.
Summer cocktails, mocktails and delicious snacks were available from a pop-up bar, run by the Alchemist, whose creative cocktail bar and restaurant is based at Embassy Gardens.
The cinema was hosted in partnership with West London family-run super and classic car hub, Duke of London. The event successfully activated the public realm areas at Embassy Gardens, attracting new footfall and showcasing the development’s thriving community.
Coverage of the event was secured in top-target London lifestyle publications including Time Out, Secret London, SheerLuxe, Country and Town House, Luxury London, and City A.M., helping drive attendance and further establish the reputation of Embassy Gardens as a new culture hub.
The Communication Group coordinated the event, from planning and promotion to managing production on the day.
