Earlier this year, Geneva Tourism completed a successful London Underground advertising campaign, facilitated by The Communication Group plc, to promote the city’s summer campaign.
Running for a period of two weeks across May and June 2023, the campaign was located in a number of key commuter London Underground stations throughout Zones 1 and 2. A mixture of on-platform and in-station posters were distributed across some of the city’s highest footfall stations, ensuring that the campaign reached a broad audience of ABC1 commuters across the capital.
The advertising visuals focused on Geneva Tourism’s summer campaign promoting ‘Unexpected Geneva’, and included taglines such as ‘Come in a suit, stay in a swimsuit’ and ‘Come for the watches, stay for the water’, encouraging travellers to discover the lesser-known sides of the city.
The campaign was a huge success, with several of the advertising sites remaining on display beyond the agreed two-week period. The Communication Group plc supported on all aspects of the campaign, from negotiation through to execution.
