Our client, EcoWorld Ballymore launched the second phase of London City Island as it announced a ground-breaking partnership with English National Ballet. This development is a new creative and vibrant island metropolis will be a destination of culture and contemporary living and the partnership with English National Ballet will see one of the country’s most treasured artistic institutions make a landmark move to London City Island.
To announce this partnership, The Communication Group plc secured a 3 page piece in Financial Times How to Spend It. In addition, to announce the launch of sales at the development we secured a double page spread in Evening Standard Homes & Property and a feature in the new Metro Property section.

In addition, to formally launch phase two and to celebrate the EcoWorld Ballymore partnership, a Saturday breakfast event was held at the London City Island marketing suite with Tan Sri Liew and Sean Mulryan. Guests were greeted at Canning Town station and brought to the island in City Island taxis, welcomed to the marketing suite by the sound of a string quartet and served bucks fizz and freshly made juices and smoothies.
