Development Securities, a highly respected property development and investment firm, has been a retained client for over twelve years. Our overall strategy has been to use profile and communication to enable Development Securities to be perceived as one of the big industry players and to pitch for large developments.

One strand of our communication plan has been to commission leading academics to author research reports. The latest report, “Who Owns the City”, was a collaborative report with the University of Reading.

Who Owns the City was an extremely successful communication initiative, in terms of creating widespread national and broadcast media coverage, securing a high attendance of over 160 people at the launch event, and in provoking industry comment, further strengthening Development Securities as a thought leader.
